Clear and straightforward terms for modifying your moving reservation.
Here at Pro Movers Inc. we understand that things can come up unexpectedly. However, we are at the mercy of our customers as well.
With that in mind, we have a 5 Day cancellation policy. By reserving your move, you agree to pay Pro Movers Inc. a cancellation fee of 1 hours labor (at the current hourly rate your move is reserved for) if the 5-day notice is not met.
If you are buying or selling a house, you are at the mercy of your escrow closing. And at some point, you may need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation. We understand these real estate delays, but please keep our 5-day notice policy in mind so we can accommodate your changes smoothly.
This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all of our customers. When adequate notice is given, it allows us to reassign our crews and trucks to other families and businesses who need moving services.
